01What happens

After you send it

  1. A model reads it, then a recruiter does

    A model matches your profile against the roles we are working and ranks it. A recruiter reads the ranked list and decides who moves forward. The recruiter can override the ranking.

  2. You hear back when a role matches

    If there is something close, we write to you with the role and the rate before anything else happens. If nothing fits now, you will not hear from us until something does.

  3. You decide

    Your profile only goes to a client after you have seen the role and said yes to that specific submission.

  4. You can ask for a person at any step

    If an automated tool was used at a stage that affected you, you can ask us how, ask for a different process, or ask for an adjustment. The AI in hiring page says how.

How we use AI, in 3 sentences

Automated tools rank profiles, run the first-round structured screen, and score assessments against the role. They read your résumé, your answers, the screen transcript, and your public professional profile. A named recruiter reviews every shortlist and has the final say on who moves forward, and you can ask for an alternative process at any stage.
