    A person reads your profile against the roles we are actively working. Nothing is scored by a keyword filter first.

    You hear back

    If there is something close, we write to you with the role and the rate before anything else happens.

    You decide

    Your profile only goes to a client after you have seen the role and said yes to that specific submission.

    We stay in touch

    If nothing fits now, we keep your profile on file and come back when a role matches it.

How we treat candidates

Four commitments. If we cannot keep one of them on a given role, we will tell you rather than quietly drop it.

No submission without your consent

We do not send your profile, your résumé, or your details to any client until you have agreed to that specific role.

One named recruiter

You get a name and a direct route to reach them. You are not passed between a queue of coordinators.

The rate, up front

You see the pay rate or salary range for a role before you agree to be submitted, not after the third interview.

Feedback after interviews

We come back to you with what the client said, including when the answer is no.
