About

A services firm built for how work is actually changing.

Keelfield designs and builds AI workflows inside the systems companies already run on, then supplies the engineering, legal, and corporate talent that keeps those workflows working.

01Why we exist

Why Keelfield exists

Most companies now have AI tools. Very few have AI workflows, meaning AI wired into the actual sequence of steps the business runs on, with the people and controls to keep it running. That gap is the whole reason this firm exists.

Closing it takes 2 things that are usually sold separately. Someone has to design the workflow and build it into production systems. Someone has to staff the operation that runs it after launch day.

Consultancies build and hand over. Staffing firms send people and hope. Keelfield does both, so the thing that gets built is the thing that gets run.

02Structure

How we're built

One firm, 4 service lines, one contract. No sub-brands and no handoff between them.

Keelfield LLC is a Florida limited liability company, formed on 30 July 2026. Every service line is delivered under that one entity.

A named US lead owns each engagement, including your timeline and your escalations. Global engineering capacity sits behind that lead. You get one point of accountability rather than a chain of them.

03

Security engineering, compliance preparation, and release pipelines that stay safe under pressure.

04

Talent & Staffing

Engineering, legal, and corporate people on contract, contract-to-hire, or direct placement.
