Why Keelfield exists
Most recruiting is a queue of coordinators and a keyword search. The hiring manager cannot see how the shortlist was made, and the candidate cannot find out why they were dropped.
Models are now good enough to do the searching and the first screen better than a junior recruiter, and to leave a record while they do it. That makes a different kind of firm possible: 7 stages, each with an owner, each recorded, and 1 person accountable for the whole thing.
That is what Keelfield is. The process is the product, and this site publishes all of it.
